What is actually free — is the free version crippled?
No. The free version includes the Catalogue Grid, the policy engine itself, and two full action families: availability and lead times, and quantity rules. There are no artificial caps — not on catalogue rows, not on the number of policies you can publish. Simulation, the conflict gate, versioning and the audit trail are part of the engine, so they are free too.
What is in Pro?
Pro adds the action families a trade or supplier-driven store needs: pricing and trade discounts, supplier feeds and order routing, shipping and payment method restrictions, approvals and workflows, policy packs, and roles. It is deliberately priced well below the roughly $500 a year a comparable stack of separate plugins costs.
Does the price go up at renewal?
No. This is a founding price, and the price you join at is the price you keep for as long as you renew. No introductory discount that doubles a year later.
How many sites does each tier cover?
Pro is $79 a year for one site, $149 a year for five sites, and $299 a year for the Agency tier, which covers fifty sites. One activation is one production site; local, development and staging copies of that site do not use up an activation.
What happens if my licence lapses?
The plugin keeps working — nothing is deleted and your site does not break. You stop receiving updates and support, and Pro action families stop being enforced: Pro policies stop applying, while your free policies carry on running as normal. Renew and the Pro policies start applying again.
Can I move a licence to a different site?
Yes — deactivate the licence on the old site and activate it on the new one, any time, yourself.
Do I need WooCommerce?
Yes. StoreLogic is a commerce policy engine for WooCommerce; it reads and enforces rules against your WooCommerce products, customers, carts and orders, so WooCommerce must be installed and active.
What are the requirements?
WordPress 6.5 or later, WooCommerce 8.0 or later, and PHP 8.1 or later.
Does it work with HPOS and the Blocks checkout?
Yes to both. StoreLogic declares compatibility with High-Performance Order Storage and with the block-based checkout, and enforcement runs server-side, so rules hold regardless of which checkout your customers see.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you, no quibble.
What happens to my policies if I uninstall?
Your policies stay in your own database; uninstalling does not wipe them. There is also an explicit export, so you can take your policies with you as a file whenever you want.
When does it launch?
Early access is opening to the waitlist first. Join the waitlist and you get in as places open, at the founding price, which is then locked for you. Get early access →
